This framework has been created to ensure we are held accountable for driving systemic change within the organization, and the initiatives outlined are the base building blocks, serving to provide clarity and structure on our journey to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive business.
As is detailed within the framework, it is clear a lot of progress has been made over the past few years and I would like to personally thank the individuals who have set the agenda for this framework, but also those who have been involved in the many meetings, workshops, conversations, and events that have led us to where we are today. Your ideas, hard work, and enthusiasm has led to fantastic progress, and it is up to everyone collectively to ensure we play our part in continuing to take it forward.
