An introduction to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Proxima

FOREWORD

A WELCOME FROM OUR CEO

As Chief Executive Officer, and as a proud Proximite, I am delighted to introduce you to our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Framework.

This framework has been created to ensure we are held accountable for driving systemic change within the organization, and the initiatives outlined are the base building blocks, serving to provide clarity and structure on our journey to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive business.

As is detailed within the framework, it is clear a lot of progress has been made over the past few years and I would like to personally thank the individuals who have set the agenda for this framework, but also those who have been involved in the many meetings, workshops, conversations, and events that have led us to where we are today. Your ideas, hard work, and enthusiasm has led to fantastic progress, and it is up to everyone collectively to ensure we play our part in continuing to take it forward.

I am delighted to have been part of, and witness to, the evolution of Proxima's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda over the past few years. It gives me great pride to work for an organization that puts so much value in driving meaningful change across all levels of the business.

The drive from so many individuals across Proxima to educate themselves, share their learnings and personal journeys, and actively listen to their peers has been incredible, and as a collective we have been able to make strides towards our mission statement to cherish diversity within Proxima.

Although we have made great progress against our initiatives, our journey doesn't end here, and we want to ensure we do not get complacent, and instead remain committed to continually driving progress, and this framework can help us do just that.
