LOOKING FORWARD

We are aware that the initiatives outlined within our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Framework are just the beginning.

This Framework is a starting point to continuously improve and drive meaningful change, have challenging conversations, celebrate the progress we have made so far, and ensure that we are being held accountable for making progress towards our mission statement.

The Framework will be subject to ongoing review and the expectation is for new ideas, initiatives, and goals to be set and worked towards in the coming months and years.

The framework will be refreshed periodically, new initiatives will be added following Board approval, and these changes will be communicated accordingly, both internally & externally.

All Proximites are actively encouraged to suggest and contribute new ideas for initiatives or Framework improvements.

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Framework is not a tick-box exercise, it’s about evolving as individuals and as a collective, and equitably empowering all Proximites to thrive.
