Collaboration will continue to present opportunities to learn and progress. The Scope 3 Peer Group recognizes the need to leverage its collective power, insights, and cost in the form of three projects: 1 | TRAINING AND LEARNING PATHWAY: Leveraging collective funds to develop a Scope 3 training program for member organizations
2 | DECARBONIZATION CHATBOT: Development of a chatbot specializing in decarbonization and Scope 3, allowing member organizations to interact with curated content
3 | SCOPE 3 STRATEGY COLLECTIVE: An early goal of The Scope 3 Maturity Benchmark was to complement it with a set of services that reflected where organizations needed to improve once completed. In consultation with the Scope 3 Peer Group, Proxima is facilitating the Scope 3 Strategy Collective as one of several Peer Group Collaboration opportunities, such as training.
The strategy cohorts will kick off in September 2024 and run in multiple groups to balance investment with output.
